And we’re off (slowly). Today is arrival/setup day, so nothing big to report. Attendees so far:

We’re been getting the laptops setup (installing Eclipse, Ruby, Ruby-FIT, the Eclipse Ruby tools, and getting the network working) as people trickly in. Official start time is later tonight after dinner, with the real start being tomorrow morning…
